I just received my Christmas gift from the MCHS FSA. Thank you once again for your generosity. I appreciate you and the entire FSA.We had a delightful evening. My brother, James, was the spokesperson and storyteller. He told some rather large yarns! Some of them even had lies about me as the centerpiece! Think of that! Kathy, Debbie, Lori, and Melody worked together to provide an incredibly delightful feast. Thanks again for your thoughtfulness. I continue to be privileged to serve as the pastor of the Mt. Carmel Church. It is my honor and joy. Tomorrow morning we celebrate Holy Communion. I will preach a brief message, the Flesh Word, from John 1:14. David Munson, Brad Angus, and I will officiate. Pray that the service will be meaningful to our family of believers. John Neihof |
Thanks to all of you for the wonderful Christmas Dinner which was so beautifully presented to each of us last Saturday evening. The gift is always a big lift for all of us at this time of year. God bless all of you! Thanks to all who assisted in any way--such as planning, preparing and serving the wonderful food, participating in the program, and those who did the wonderful job of decorating. Thanks too to your officers of the FSA who keep the FSA assisting here at Mt. Carmel. MAY GOD GIVE ALL OF YOU A BLESSED CHRISTMAS!!! WE LOVE ALL OF YOU!!! My family hopes to be at Beth's for Christmas and Becky and I hope to go to be able to visit family for a short time in South Carolina with my folks. Doris Higgins |
Thank you very much for your part in the generous gift which I received from the FSA Christmas party at Mt. Carmel. Also thanks to everyone who made this possible and may the Lord richly bless each one. It is a privilege to work for Ruby Brown at the Mt. Carmel Elementary School. I enjoy it very much. I am glad or maybe could say “proud” to be a part of the FSA. May the Lord continue to help and bless you. |
It is with deep appreciation and thanksgiving that I received the $150 gift from the Former Students Association Saturday evening. The dining room looked great with all the beautiful decorations and wonderful food, fun and fellowship. A lot of hard work and organization was involved and we say THANKS. Carrie N. Hancock |

Please thank all the FSA members who donated all the money for Christmas cash that we all received here at Mt. Carmel school campus. I surely do appreciate it. Also, it was a pleasant time I had at the Christmas party Saturday night that the FSA provided for all of us at Mt. Carmel. The money gift is always a welcome gift. Last night was a truly beautiful evening at Mt. Carmel. The dining hall was beautifully decorated. The young ladies had done a fantastic job with the food. Kathy (Cundiff) Hazle, Lori Detwiler and Debbie (Cundiff) Merrill so sweetly served us. Our son James did a great job of taking charge and entertaining us. THANK YOU to all the FSA for the most generous gift. This is a great blessing to both Eldon and me. We love all our alumni. It’s like one big family. You’re in our hearts. Agnes and J. Eldon Neihof |
Thank you so much for the $150 I received at the Mt. Carmel Christmas party tonight. I cried. Everyone here on the Mt. Carmel campus is so good to me since I moved to an efficiency apartment. I’m among friends I have known since I came here in 1943. Thanks again! Sarah Cox |
Thank you all so much for the lovely party last night. James Neihof did a great job leading it. The food was out of this world! The decorations were truly beautiful. Thank you, FSA, for the generous monetary gift for the faculty and staff. I’m sorry I missed the party, but heard it was great. I made a flying trip to Ohio to see Mike. It was his first day back home. May God bless all the FSA members. Joan Cox |
Thank you so much for your generous gift to us. The money you give us means more than you can imagine. It enables us to buy Christmas gifts for our families. Thank you also for the party you throw for us. It makes us feel deeply appreciated that you are willing to fix all the food and decorate and plan a party for us! Thank you! May God richly bless you. God bless you! I want to thank the FSA for your kind and generous gift this Christmas. It was unexpected, and a wonderful surprise. My mother bought my wife and I tickets to Seattle to spend Christmas with her this year and the FSA gift was very, very nice to have. How blessedly our heavenly Father provides. Again, thank you, FSA, for your ministry to us, and we trust through us to young men and women who will one day make a difference for Christ in this world. Jim Nelson |
