In 1976 I graduated high school in Grayslake, Illinois.  The following fall I went to Olivet Nazarene University; during my freshman year there, I met my future husband - Dan Conklin.  We were married in 1978.

We have 3 children: Gina, Melinda and Daniel II.  This past spring we gained a daughter-in-law, Erin.  We're also blessed to have 2 granddaughters: Kayla Thiebout and Jazmyn Hard.

My husband is in construction. We are attending a non-denominational church – Resurrection Life in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
