God has blessed me with a wonderful Christian husband named Dave Reynolds. We have 2 children: Derrick and Melanie. Both are grown. Derrick is married to Stacey and we have one grandson, Darrion.
Melanie lives at home, goes to our church, teaches the little children in Sunday School and does some of the special music in our church. Dave is a stay-at-home Dad due to health problems he has had and does a great job.
At this time in my life, I wear several hats. First and foremost is my relationship with God. He is my Lord! But, I also have the awesome privilege to be the senior pastor of New Liberty Baptist Church in East Enterprise, Indiana. We are just in the beginning stages of building a new much-needed fellowship hall. Also, I work fulltime as an assistant librarian in Versailles, Indiana at Tyson Library Association.
All of these things keep us busy. But, I have not forgotten the days I spent as a student at Mt. Carmel. There are a lot of memories!
UPDATE: My husband and I are in the process of building a new home at the family farm. As my parents are getting older, we have decided we need to have a place near them so we can help take care of them and enjoy them while we can. We still own our home in Moores Hill but hope to sell it in the near future. The building of our new fellowship hall at church is going along wonderfully. We hope to be able to use it to minister God’s love to our community. Our church has the privilege of being involved in a program called “Good News Club” sponsored by Child Evangelism Fellowship that goes into the local school telling school children that Jesus died for them, loves them, and wants a personal relationship with them. It is awesome what God is doing!
