Brad Turner '73
 

Brad Turner ‘73 is a graduate of Morehead State University, with a Bachelors Degree in Industrial Technology. He is also a graduate of the U S Army War College with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Studies. Brad is a Substance Abuse Counselor at the Lee Adjustment Center in Beattyville, Kentucky. He currently lives in Booneville, KY with his wife Debra. They have been married for 28 years. They have two daughters, Tangee Young and Brandi Thompson, one son, Jeremy, and four grandchildren.

Brad’s military service includes the US Marine Corps (1973-1977), the US Army (1981-1984), the Kentucky National Guard (1979-1981) and (1988-2004), and since October 2004 he has been a member of the US Army Reserve. He presently serves as the commander of the 10th Battalion of the 100th Division in Lexington, KY. He is a veteran of Operation Desert Storm. His highest military awards include the Bronze Star and the Meritorious Service Medal.
