I have been married to Margaret (Wheeler) for 35 years. We have two children: Jerome, who attended Mt. Carmel and KMBC and is graduated from Wesley Biblical Seminary, and Jeannie, who attended Mt. Carmel and KMBC and is working at Baker Book House. Jerome teaches at Vennard College and is an Associate Pastor at a nearby Free Methodist Church.

I have been a pastor for over 36 years. Fifteen of those years were spent as a missionary in the Philippines. Presently, I am the Pastor of the Free Methodist Church in Zeeland, Michigan. I am one of fifteen pastoral instructors for the Free Methodist Church for those entering the ministry as a second career. I teach Old Testament Survey and Introduction to Christian Doctrine by Correspondence. I am also a Conference District Leader in the Free Methodist Church. I have completed postgraduate studies.

My hobbies involve computers, electronics, and collecting Fountain pens, some of which are quite old. I do a great deal of reading. I still play the saxophone.
